Welcome to GrubsUp ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website and mobile application (together or individually "Service") operated by GrubsUp.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. Startup Disclosure

IMPORTANT: GrubsUp is a startup company in its early stages of development. By using our Service, you acknowledge and understand the following:

• The Service is still under development and may undergo significant changes
• Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice
• We cannot guarantee the long-term success or continued operation of the Service
• There may be periods of downtime, bugs, or other technical issues
• The "Family Mode" feature is planned but not yet available at launch

While we are committed to building a successful product, we cannot guarantee that GrubsUp will achieve commercial success or continue to operate indefinitely. Your purchase of lifetime access is made with the understanding of these risks.

3. Core Features

GrubsUp is a meal planning application focused on simplicity and ease of use. Our core features include:

• Weekly meal planning with a drag-and-drop interface
• Focus on recipes using staple foods and everyday ingredients
• Auto-generated shopping lists
• Ability to save and reuse meal plans

We plan to add additional features over time, including Family Mode, which will allow planning for multiple household members. However, we do not guarantee when or if these features will be available.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GrubsUp, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We specifically disclaim all liability for any issues that may arise from your reliance on the Service, including but not limited to meal planning decisions, dietary choices, or food preparation.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting us at info@getgrubsup.com.

After the 30-day period, no refunds will be issued, even if the Service is discontinued or significantly changed.

6. Payments

We use Stripe as our payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

The lifetime access fee is a one-time payment that grants you access to the Service for as long as it continues to operate. It does not guarantee that the Service will operate indefinitely.

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
